She has overseen full-cycle accounting, HR administration, IT systems, and complex audits, and has led major initiatives including cloud-based system conversions, remote work transitions, and securing multi-million-dollar government funding.

Known for her sharp analytical skills and hands-on problem solving, Holly combines deep technical expertise with a big-picture operational view to improve efficiency and business performance. She holds a Business Administration degree in Accounting from Montclair State University, graduating cum laude.
